EasyISP24 — ISP Billing & Network Management System

Internet service providers often need to manage multiple operational areas at the same time, including customers, internet packages, billing, user access, routers, and network status. Managing these activities through separate systems can make daily operations more complex and time-consuming.

The challenge was to build a centralized platform that could bring essential ISP operations together while providing customers with easy access to their internet services, packages, and self-care options. The system also needed to provide network visibility and support different connectivity methods such as PPPoE and Hotspot services.

We developed EasyISP24, a centralized ISP management and billing platform that brings customer management, internet packages, connectivity services, and network monitoring into a single web-based environment.

The platform provides dedicated areas for administrative management and customer self-care, while supporting internet packages, PPPoE and Hotspot access, router connectivity, and real-time latency monitoring. A clean dashboard provides users with important network information such as connection status, gateway information, public IP, latency, and available internet plans.

The system was designed with a modular architecture so ISP operators can manage their services efficiently while providing customers with a simple and accessible self-service experience.

EasyISP24 provides a centralized platform for managing essential ISP operations, reducing the need to handle customer services, internet packages, connectivity, and network information across separate systems.
